Enjoy a "local cuisine course" featuring kiritanpo from Suzawa Shoten! The golden soup, made by simmering a whole Hinai chicken in a large pot, is prepared using traditional methods.The course also includes other local Akita specialties such as iburigakko (smoked pickled radish) and Inaniwa udon noodles.This all-you-can-drink course offers unlimited time and includes 40 types of Akita's local sake, including junmai sake, covering almost all of the prefecture's breweries—a perfect banquet course for sake lovers.

Hot pot dish: Kiritanpo hot pot with authentic Hinai chicken broth
Hinai chicken whole chicken simmered in a large pot soup, Suzawa Shoten kiritanpo, maitake mushrooms
Shredded burdock root, green onions, chicken, konjac noodles, Japanese parsley
Due to the unstable supply of Japanese parsley in August and September, we may substitute it with Japanese parsley (mitsuba).
Also, the roots of the Japanese parsley are only available during the winter season.
