The "Kiritanpo Hot Pot Course" uses newly-produced Kiritanpo rice from Suzuwa Shoten! The golden soup is made using a whole Hinai Jidori chicken cooked in a pot using the traditional method.The course also includes local Akita produce and regional dishes such as smoked daikon radish and Inaniwa udon noodles.This two-hour all-you-can-drink banquet course includes 30 types of Akita local sake, covering almost all the sake breweries in the prefecture, making it an irresistible option for sake lovers.
