The "Kiritanpo Hot Pot Course" uses kiritanpo from Suzuwa Shoten! The golden soup is made using whole Hinai Jidori chicken cooked in a pot using the traditional method.The course also includes local Akita ingredients such as smoked daikon radish and Inaniwa udon noodles.This all-you-can-drink banquet course is perfect for sake lovers, covering almost all the sake breweries in the prefecture and including 30 types of local Akita sake for 2.5 hours.
